2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator
- The places for logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL Certificate). This ensures that the personal and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
- The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
- In order to protect the data, the Operator regularly makes backup copies.
- An important element of data protection is the regular update of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which means regular updates of programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information concerning the use of your data
- In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations the Controller is obligated to comply with. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
- hosting company by way of entrustment
- couriers
- postal operators
- law firms and debt collectors
- public authorities
- online chat operators
- authorised employees and associates who use the data to fulfil the purpose of the website
- companies that provide marketing services to the Controller
- Your personal data will be processed by the Controller for no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). As for the marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
- You have the right to request from the Controller:

- and the right to data portability.
- You have the right to object to the data processing indicated in 3.3 c) above in relation to the processing of personal data to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling; while the right to object to the processing cannot be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for the processing, that are overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, such as, in particular, determination, investigation or defence of claims.
- Any complaint against the Controller's actions may be lodged with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary to operate the Website.
- You may be subject to actions involving automated decision making, including profiling, to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Controller to conduct direct marketing.
- Personal data will not be transferred from third countries within the meaning of the data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.
5. Information included in forms
- The Website collects information that is voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
- The Website may collect information about connection parameters (time, IP address).
- In some cases, the Website may save information facilitating the connection of data from the form with the email address of the user who completes the form. In this case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
- The data provided in the form are processed for the purposes resulting from the function of the form, e.g. to process the service request or business contact, service registration, etc. Each time the context and description of the form clearly indicate what it is used for.

- Information on user behaviour on the Website may be subject to login. Such data are used for administration of the website.
7. Significant marketing techniques
- The Operator applies the statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc., with its registered office in the USA). The Operator does not transfer any personal data to the operator of that service but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user's end device. With regard to the information on User preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the User may view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the following tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
- The Operator uses remarketing techniques to match the advertising messages to the user's behaviour, which may give an illusion that the user's personal data are used to track it, but in practice, there is no transfer of any personal data from the Operator to the advertising operators. The technological condition of such activities is the cookie handling enabled.
- The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology enables Facebook (Facebook Inc., with its registered office in the USA) to know that a person registered with it is using the Website. In this case, it relies on the data in respect of which Facebook itself is the controller. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user's end device.
- The Operator uses a solution which automates the functioning of the Website with regard to the users, e.g. it may send an email to the user after they visit a particular subpage, provided that they have agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
