A strategy is the most important thing in selling property. We develop it from the first meeting with the client before we even sign the agency contract. The analysis of the potential and advantages of each property consists of various elements: location, interior layout, window exposure, interior and exterior condition, type and quality of furnishings, condition of the building, access to infrastructure, places of rest and relaxation in the area, as well as views from windows or noise from outside, etc.
The sales strategy is the sum of all these elements combined with an analysis of the language of benefits to the buyer, e.g. who will want to buy the property, what benefits the new owner will derive from it, etc. Once we've planned it all out and built the strategy, we start putting together the whole sales offer as if it were made of Lego bricks. Preparing the property for a professional photo shoot and the shoot itself, combined with a virtual tour and drone footage – is supposed to show all the advantages of the property and the area.
